Episode 5: The Reign of Arishem is Over

The latest Marvel Snap patch is here and Christmas has come early for many as it brought about a change to the largest fun killer in the game: Arishem. The way Second Dinner nerfed the card came as a suprise to both of the guys, but it was a welcome one. After discussing this major development, they give their thoughts about the rest of the patch, notably the changes to Cerebro and Elsa Bloodstone. Serving as a bridge between both games on their mind, Old Man and Wolf talk about the Marvel Rivals characters represented as cards in Marvel Snap: Luna Snow, Peni Parker, Doom 2099, and Rocket & Groot. No it’s not a grammatical error, it’s Marvel Snap’s first ever dual hero card! Snap is not the only game debuting something new for the first time as Rivals is throwing it’s first ever event and boy howdy it’s awesome. On December 20th, The Winter Celebration event begins, with festive styles on maps, new costumes and goodies being given out to everyone participating, including a free Jeff costume! Additionally, a brand new game mode is being added: Jeff’s Winter Splash Festival!Taking inspiration from Splatoon, two teams of Jeffs face off trying to cover the map in blue or pink snow, spraying and fighting until the end! This week, the guys end with suggestions on how Marvel Rivals can take the next step, going from an already amazing game, to a legendary one. Oh, and is there a faction on the horizon??
