Episode 52 Monday 30th December

Send us Fan MailMonday. Its a morning gym session on my own. Its a leg day. Then after the hr I go home. Tuesday. In the early hours of the morning I have diarrhea. Then when I return to bed I am sick. Is this food Poisoning ? Or a virus ? I stop being sick in 4 hours after I started. During the rest of the day I don't eat anything. I start being hungry so I make myself some cheese on Crackers and some Xmas cake. And then 90 minutes later I head for bed. Wednesday. Well its the new year. Even though we have a new government Donald Trump will be in the White house in twenty days time. Thursday. Its off back to work after the long Christmas break. Its not a busy day as many are still on holiday. However my base at drummer street still gets very dirty. Friday. Its the same as yesterday as people are still on holiday. At the end of the day I hand in the keys at lion yard and then home. Saturday. Its gym at 12! Then after the hour its straight back home. Then in the evening its our usual fish and chips. Sunday. Its the usual Sunday. Its off to Bar Hill for the weekly shop but its very quiet. Then home. Then in the evening I help with the Sunday roast.
