Text comments and questions here! This episode includes a reminder of why celebrating is a good habit to have and an explanation of why I recommend setting a daily laughter goal. All I want to say about the libation of the month is that I made it up! I think it worked out well, and you'll love sipping while you listen to my stories (rants) about memorable experiences at neighborhood stores. I'm sure you can relate to some of it. I can't be the only one! Scroll down for the question of the month and go to laughterandlibations.com to submit your response. There's a new chat box feature. It 's easier than ever to connect with me now. Laughing Matters is published at the end of each month. It's the end-of-the-month highlights and includes four segments: celebrations, libation of the month, rants, and questions and answers. Celebrations are about intentionally forming a habit of noticing and acknowledging the good in you, in your life, and in your sphere of influence. The libation of the month is based on whatever I fancy or feel inspired by at the time. I share step-by-step instructions and you can mix right along with me. Rants are about anything I find funny and want to share. Then, I wrap up by answering questions received from listeners throughout the month.Mentions:Listen:Episode 33: Laughing Matters (February 2022)Libation of the Month:Juicy Martini2.0 oz Vodka.75 oz Pomegranate and Blueberry Juice.25 oz Mint Simple Syrup (Janice's magic in a bottle).25 oz Lemon JuiceServe in a Martini Glass Garnish with Fresh MintQuestion of the Month:What are some reasons why it can be difficult to see positives in your life?
