In this week's episode, Carol speaks to Emma Major. In this episode Carol and Emma speak about the Raise word Accept. Emma's Poem I always felt hopeless Useless. Less than. A failure I always thought God Didn't really like me That noone really liked me And that deep down inside I was damaged and dirty Then God reminded me That I'm worthy and lovely I'm never on my own God is with me I can now open my memory Safely It's ok to rant To release the pain healthily Now at last I accept the truth That I am good enough To be loved Completely As me I've accepted me Acceptance (Carol's poem for Emma) A song, a dance around something that may be difficult A challenge, a moment that you didn't expect and yet must accept.  Be creative; thing wide, think high, think strong, It won't be long until something clicks, something in the mix that makes you think Yeah I can accept this. This is part of who I am for now.
