This episode Im on full transparency just because it’s so many of us out here that think we’re just so screwed up, but the beauty in that is…you’re not alone! How many times have you felt as if you try and try to change the way you view things & what about trying to change the way they make you feel? Does your past ever creep up on you? What if someone happens to mention a word that triggers you to some past trauma and now you’re ready to slap and curse someone out and they don’t even know what happened; whew yeah I’ve been there more times than one and in this episode I’m here to tell you that it’s okay! That God is here to give us the strategies on overcoming those triggers and not letting our past get the best of us! Keep up with me as I share some  vulnerable moments that our Father has graced me to overcome and is still helping me through prayer every day!
