Episode 6: The Hue of You

from Woo As Fuck

Episode Notes This weeks episode is one of the first episodes we recorded! In fact as Megan was editing this and as I (Lissa) was listening ,we didn’t remember any of what we has discussed prior.  It feels like ages ago that we recorded this. Life is a trip! This week we discuss energy dynamics and how we are dealing with heavy hitting energies around us in our personal lives as well as in the collective. We discuss the high and low’s that we have been experiencing and how we have been ALL OVER THE PLACE. Specifically we reviewed how we each ground and shield our energy, what our daily rituals and practices are. What works and what doesn’t.    Megan and I hopped all around with topics bouncing around form Dreams and the way we see the world moving forward, to dealing with uncomfortable feelings, communicating with higher dimensional beings, and how we are seeing a lot of people waking up and working through collective muck. Megan and I talked at length about the grid space and how we both experience it, Specifically how we are experiencing multiple frequencies existing at once that we are resonating with, bouncing back and forward on timelines, with emotions- and sometimes this “bouncing” changing our perceptions and emotions in the span of minutes. Lastly Megan and I talk about a particular dream I had and how I feel it was encouraging us all to protect ourselves and ground our energy right now, this lead into the topic of colors & how everyone’s reality really is based on our pre-set programing and perceptions. Other topics covered include: ◦Masking emotions ◦(Energetic) Software upgrades ◦Energetic Boundaries ◦New powers coming “online” Tools for your TOOLBOX: Because this was one of our first episodes there are no additional “tools” for the toolbox spoken of explicitly, however Megan does encourage everyone to: ◦Practice whatever your particular grounding and shielding exercises are throughout the week. ◦Tap into what feels intuitively right to you in any given moment. Megan also discussed a beautiful grounding practice where she picture streams of light running through the bod up from the ground and down from her crown, energetically washing her body. Thx so much for listening, this was an especially fun one and was empowering to see so much change and growth in just the last few weeks. Wishing you all well <3 Want to work with us?
