Episode 7: Reflections as I wait for my washing - Grief, Father's Day & Letting Yourself Feel!

Episode 7 is a solo episode as I sit in my car outside the launderette waiting for my washing. It is an impromptu episode where I hit record and talk about how grief surfaced for me after Father's Day. I speak about how grief can often trick us into thinking that we are okay & how it greets us at the most unexpected times. I speak about grief in general and how its not just linked to loosing a loved one - sadly it is something that we all experience, yet we have no idea what to do with it.I share the expectations I have around how it should look nearly 5 years later, but at the end of the day I am just a girl who misses her Dad!In this episode I remind both you & I, that we don't need a reason for feeling.
