Welcome to episode 8 of the Drumwell Podcast! This month I have a great chat with Anthony Coota, who plays with Blindfolded And Led To The Woods, keeps busy with his social media channel Coota Drums, and also teaches. We have a great chat about all things drums, body, sleep, healthy routines and everything in between.
