We have a great chat about all things drums, body, sleep, healthy routines and everything in between. At 26 years old, Anthony is the youngest guest I've had on the podcast, so it was great to get his perspective and the way he approaches his instrument and health as a mid 20s player who is highly active on the kit.We're all indiviuals and I love talking about the different approaches we all take to achieve our drumming goals and maintain longevity within our bodies.
