Comme des Garçons was unlike anything I had seen before. I remember wearing my CDG x Converse Chuck Taylors and I loved the wear they made me feel. I could tell that CDG was daring and unafraid to stand out. Since then, I've been a huge fan of Comme des Garçons' clothes and shoes. I also recently found a nail salon in West Hollywood that specializes in Japanese gel and nail art. I recreated the playful heart logo on my nails and I couldn't be happier! I also completed my studies in Early Childhood Education. I'm so thankful to have this time to volunteer and work with children because it helped me discover my own passion for fashion and creativity. It taught me never to be afraid of standing out from the crowd and always to stay true to myself. I am a firm believer that knowledge is power and the more you know, the better you will be in life! I am currently working as an assistant teacher at a local children’s center and have been learning so much from all of my experiences there. Every day I am grateful for being able to express myself through fashion and my work. When I wear Comme Des Garcon, it makes me feel like I'm a part of something bigger than just me—I'm part of a larger culture and community that celebrates fearlessness and creativity. It's empowering!
