This episode is one of my absolute favourites from my Instagram live archives where I speak to Sarah Newlands about her sobriety journey, and how her relationship with alcohol has shaped the way she does her thing in life, motherhood - and everything in between. Sarah made the big, bold and brave decision to go sober over 5.5 years ago, and went on to use her insights and experience to support others on their sobriety journey. At the time of recording she was practicing as a Sobriety Coach but has since moved on to explore another professional avenue. However she still supports and is very much connected to the alcohol-free community especially through THE DRYY APP .
