Episode 8 – Getting the hot tips from a pro – Nathan Earle

from Pushing It Uphill · host Adrian Smith & Peter Gee

Getting out and training three to four times a week is one thing. Riding 15 days in a row is quite another. We were more than thrilled to have professional cyclist Nathan Earle come in to have a chat and pass on some wisdom about how we look after ourselves when cycling day after day. Nathan is one of the most resilient and determined sportspeople we have ever met. He has had many setbacks over his career, but he is still just as driven to succeed. And we’re happy to call him a mate. Nathan famously was riding with Peter when he broke his neck going back in 2017.
