Summary
In this episode we unpack what its like having a manic episode. The craziness of experiencing mania, the consequences, what it feels like, being in a mixed state and all of the other good stuff. Mania is a scary place to be but it can be even scarier to give up. I talk about my struggles with becoming stable and "giving up" the euphoric feeling of mania and how I am coming to terms with that. I also talk about some of the wild times I have had during manic episodes and how that all ended with me being hospitalised. TW : suicide and substance abuse.
