This week Junior and Senior catch up with Sheffield Steelers and Team GB Captain Robert Dowd ahead of this weekends game against the Steelers. They discuss Team GB and also preview both teams games against Manchester Storm before the Stars/Steelers clash on Sunday. Senior and Junior then review the games against the Coventry Blaze, Glasgow Clan and Belfast Giants before Senior gives his "The Good, The Bad & The Ugly". Gloves Off have a competition this week instead of Junior vs Senior and Junior ends the show with On This Day.
