Episode 89: Carl Sobel

Carl Sobel is a Grand Rapids, Michigan based comedian who doesn’t wait for opportunities to perform to come to him. He makes his own opportunities. With his “Comedy on Ida”, Carl gave comedy fans and performers a safe and socially distant place to see comedy during the pandemic. Carl built a stage in his garage and created an outdoor space so that people could get some laughs during a dark time. Carl also partnered with some comedian friends to form Demented Peach Productions.
