Today’s episode is an inspiring conversation with my friend Daniel "Boone" Frenzel about his journey using peptides to lose 45 pounds, regain energy, and build sustainable health habits.Daniel is a former business owner, currently working as an Area Sales Manager for a National Brand and managing a 3 million dollar territory. A father of two accomplished young adults, a recovering addict and an advocate for Men’s Mental Health Awareness, Daniel has been on a mission to live a life that defies the odds stacked against him since receiving a mental health diagnosis back in 2015. Specifically interested in studying the direct correlation between diet/exercise and dealing with clinical depression from a more natural approach, Daniel has been able to stabilize his mood and avoid any episodes in over 5 years through the use of supplements, rest, diet and exercise and the introduction of peptides most recently without anti-depressants and mood stabilizers that had been prescribed in the past.
