Jaggi grew up in India playing sports competitively, but as with many youngsters in his generation, he ultimately ended up becoming an engineer and doing his MBA and pursuing a global career. His love for sports remained consistent however as a adult, he had devastating injuries to his back and knee that made it difficult to walk even a hundred meters. While the medical community was telling him to have surgery, he found a yoga teacher who was able to help him get back to the basics and rehabilitate himself by listening to his body. Despite the impact these injuries had on his psyche, Jaggi has persisted to overcome them and today he feels like he’s in the best shape of his life physically and mentally.
