Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins1 can pumpkin puree1/3 cup oil1/2 cup applesauce 1 tsp vanilla1 2/3 cup flour1 cup sugar 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg1 cup chocolate chips Sift dry ingredients Mix with wet ingredients Put in prepared muffins tins all the way to the top.Bake 375 for 15-20 minutes- check to make sure a toothpick comes clean
