This month I had the pleasure of chatting to my mate Rob Brens. Currently the drummer for the band Mirrors, as well as a session drummer, drum teacher and content creator. Rob actually played 45 shows with my band King Parrot as a touring member before I joined. We had a fantastic chat about diet, exercise, warm ups and different approaches to different genres.
