So much that thousands follow his Instagram page to find where the best food and beverage is from around Connecticut, Rhode Island and beyond. We compare local pizza from Tipsy Tomato in Derby, CT (@tipsytomatopizzeriaderby) and Vincent’s Restaurant in Shelton, CT (@vincents_shelton) to see who has the best plain cheese pie.
