Dr Kevin Smith, a senior lecturer in education at Cardiff University, who worked with pioneer schools in the early stages of development for CfW.  2. James McEnaney, a former secondary school teacher and author of the book ‘Class Rules – the truth about Scottish schools’.  3. Jamie Tennant, head of Hawarden Village Church School, which started its work towards CfW by empowering its teachers to make effective decisions for themselves, with a particular focus on pedagogy.  4.
