Entrepreneurship was recorded with a SPECIAL GUEST, Alison Milwe Grace! She is the Creator, Owner and Head Chef at AMG Catering & Events. Alison waitressed her way through college and made a career out of it. She went on to be an Executive Chef at an award-winning Fairfield County restaurant, Sunset Grille in the Norwalk Cove Marina. She now owns AMG Catering and Events which is a full service catering company located in Weston, CT. They offer adult and children's cooking classes, corporate team building and availablility of the kitchen for private cooking events.
