La sostenibilidad es ya uno de los temas que más preocupa, y eso se refleja también en las preferencias de los compradores a la hora de elegir cómo debe ser su nuevo hogar. La vivienda nueva resulta atractiva por su alta eficiencia energética y el ahorro que ello supone, además de por los materiales de construcción y sus calidades. Y en el caso de la segunda mano ha crecido el interés por realizar reformas que hagan estas viviendas más sostenibles. En este episodio contamos con Ángel Morcillo, CEO de Vivalia Grupo Inmobiliario en Gijón desde 2007 y asociado fundador de Inmobiliaria Green en 2020, que nos hablará de cómo los agentes inmobiliarios pueden ayudar a sus clientes a conseguir la casa sostenible que desean y a aportar su granito de arena realizando acciones que reduzcan la huella de carbono.
