Escape the Matrix - Listening vs Understanding

This season kicks off discussing how I have been stuck and unable to record the thoughts I had or edit the things I had record. Even as i went through the last few month there were many things I wished to share but let slip into the abyss of forgotten thought. Like many I was lost and struggling to get out of my own head. Instead of going with the flow I'm a tree watching the breeze fly by. This is the first step to being a leaf in the wind floating into tomorrow rather then a tree watching everything go by.
