eSports is becoming serious business and is beginning to take off on the continent, with major sponsors who are now starting to take interest in the sport. To show that eSports is growing phenomenon is that there are now more federations and association established to organise the sport, with the latest being the Ghanaian eSports Association. Ghana joins South Africa, Namibia, Egypt and Zimbabwe, who are now part of the international and national eSports federations.
