Single mindedness is prevalent. Main Character syndrome has taken people over. I happen to come across Dontrell Britton’s posts on Instagram. His posts on how young men should carry themselves is a great resource. He said “using etiquette isn’t about being proper and shouldn’t be performative. It’s about being the person whose presence elevates every room one walks into”. That struck me. Finding his post sparked a memory and a draft post I had saved but didn’t get around to posting.
