Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has announced he will be resigning as his party's leader and prime minister after nearly a decade in office. This announcement comes as pressure from within his own Liberal Party increasingly grew over his handling of the economy and the challenges presented by President-elect Donald Trump.
