Evening Edition: ICE Forms Task Force To Combat Venezuelan Gang

The acting ICE Director Patrick Lechleitner said the dangerous Venezuelan gang 'Tren de Aragua' (TdA) now poses enough of a threat in the U.S. that a new priority task force has been formed to combat them. The task force named 'Operation Athens' in honor of nursing student Laken Riley who was murdered by a TdA member in Athens, Georgia. ICE says that about twenty percent of all open investigations being conducted by them are related to this gang. FOX’s Eben Brown speaks with FOX's Griff Jenkins, reporting from Washington D.C., who says President-elect Trump should feel some vindication for warning about the dangers of this transnational gang.
