Evening Edition: Ukraine Accepts U.S. Ceasefire Deal, Will Russia?

The United States will immediately lift the suspension of military aid and intelligence sharing with Ukraine as Kyiv has agreed to a thirty day ceasefire plan. Secretary of State Marco Rubio says the plan will now be taken to the Russians and once Moscow agrees to this preliminary agreement, the real negotiations can commence. Russia says they are waiting for more details on the proposal. FOX’s Eben Brown speaks with Rebekah Koffler, strategic military intelligence analyst and author of ‘Putin’s Playbook’, who says she is not too confident with Russia agreeing to this initial deal without a ton of concessions being added.
