Vee and Pam talk about expectation vs intention. Are you living in a movie reel where everything has to look perfect (expectation) or leading from your heart (intention)? We talk about consciously choosing to do things differently, and about how giving ourselves permission to change also makes room for other people to do the same. Recognizing the patterns we live in, some of them learned from our own parents and families, gives us an opportunity to “tug on the string” of an old pattern and essentially unravel it. Where in your life are you living with expectations? What is one pattern you can recognize and start to unravel? How can you begin to live with more heart-led intention?
