Levantamento feito pelo Estadão em Tribunais Regionais Eleitorais (TREs) e no Tribunal Superior Eleitoral (TSE) revela que o número de ações na Justiça contestando pesquisas subiu de 73, há quatro anos, para 498 em 2022 – alta de 528%. Quatro partidos, incluindo suas coligações locais, fizeram mais da metade dos questionamentos: Progressistas, PSDB, União Brasil e PT.
