Here is my suggestion for you - Post the word Resilience in a conspicuous place where you can see it all the time; when you wake up and when you go to bed. Make it BIG/BOLD/BRILLIANT. You will spring back stronger than you have ever been. You have inner fortitude and strength. Focus 1 million percent on what is ahead of you. The only reason you are still alive is that your best days are ahead of you and not behind you. So, keep walking and stop looking around to what might go wrong.
