Facing the Challenge: Becoming whole life missionary disciples in a culture of captivity

This is a documentary/presentation that I am currently working on, which will consist of 3 parts. Welcome to Part 1. Western culture today in 2023 in thoroughly and comprehensively a Babylonian Neo-Pagan culture- and this is the captivity that the culture and the Western Church captive to....without even realizing it. How did we get here? The challenge we face as followers of the Lord Jesus Christ the Creator and Redeemer of the universe, is to combat the individualism that fundamentally defines Western people whether you follow Jesus or not. This is just a symptom of the worldviews that we live in captivity to. This series is based on a British Theologian and Church historian's response to returning to the West after 40 years in India with his wife as missionaries and spent the rest of his life writing, speaking and lecturing on what a Missionary encounter with the West needs to look like.
