My first non-Skaven upload! This isn't the only one, I do have more ;) "Fancon," is short for the title of the online physics game "Fantastic Contraption." I have SO much nostalgia with this game, I played it all the time when I was about 9 and 10, and so this, the soundtrack from it, is quite memorable to me, and this is it, but with the little extra flare of a pitch change on it ;D I've always called Fantastic Contraption "Fancon," for short, that's where the title comes from. Amazing how the same note over and over can still sound good, eh? ;) If you haven't heard of this game or the soundtrack, I hope you fall in love with it from hearing it now, just as much as I have. This song still holds up after all these years, I still love to hear it and don't get bored of it. It's an amazing soundtrack piece and I love how the repetition of the same note doesn't ever get boring. So here we have it. The soundtrack to Fantastic Contraption, lowered to the pitch of D+. This and my only next edit of this soundtrack, the Down A, were among the first batch of edits I'd ever created. Back in about April 2016. It was these 2, and 3 other edits, I hadn't even saved them on my computer, I just left open in Audacity and never shut down my Laptop, just had them perched up on screen, and listened to them then... way back then, when those were the only 5 edits I'd ever made. These 2 were apart of that OG crew. Enjoy. :) Creation of the original song "Music from Fantastic Contraption" and full rights to it are held entirely by James Mark (https://jamesmarkmusic.bandcamp.com/track/music-from-fantastic-contraption), all I've done is edit it for fun.

Wells (1866 - 1946) LibriVox The Island of Doctor Moreau by H. G. Wells follows shipwreck victim, Edward Prendick, as he explores a strange island his rescuer, Montgomery, has brought him to. Prendick wrestles with morality as his hosts continue their strange experimentations. (Summary by Veronica Mead) The Island Queen R. M. Ballantyne The story of Dominic, Otto and Pauline Rigonda, three siblings who are blown onto an island after being shipwrecked, and are later joined by the immigrant passengers and crew of a ship that is wrecked on the same island. When the question of government comes up, the little colony chooses a queen, and they work on improving the island for some time, despite internal dissensions, and an attack by savages. But eventually the colony encounters natural forces it cannot resist, and the queen and her family return to England, hopefully to live "happily ever after". - Summary by Alayna May The Island of Doctor Moreau H. G. Wells Philosophical, strange, and a little grotesque, The Island of Doctor Moreau by influential author H. G. Wells is praised as a classic due to its inspiration for many science fiction books and movies alike. H. G. Wells, who is renowned for his debut novel The Time Machine, is known as "the father of science fiction" thanks to his prophetic fiction on alien invasions, time travel, and space exploration. Wells' work habitually finds itself questioning evolution and religion, while stretching our imagination of a futuristic society. The Island of Doctor Moreau follows Edward Prendick, a shipwrecked scientist who is saved by a man named Montgomery and taken aboard his ship. Here, Prendick is introduced to a grotesque, bestial servant named M'ling and several other animals that belong to Montgomery who are on their way to an unnamed island where Montgomery works. Once arrived, Prendick is not allowed to enter the island, but the natives take pity on him and introduce him to Doctor Moreau, a
