Julius' challenges include a 45min indoor workout, a 45min outdoor workout, reading ten pages of a non-fiction book, taking a daily photo, no junk food or alcohol, drinking 3.8l of water and a vegan diet. Mars is committed to completing a full workout every day, drinking three liters of water, reading ten pages of non-fiction, no junk food or alcohol, eating a healthy and wholesome diet and completing a mindfulness exercise every day.
