For example, physical things, procedures, curriculum, and/or routines that can indirectly not allow gratitude and appreciation into our classroom and personal lives. I challenge listeners, in this episode, to consider things that you have become attached too that may no longer serve you. By getting rid of these things it opens up the possibilities for new things to come into our lives. I also discuss strategies to stay happy and healthy through the stressful month of October.
