Female Leadership and Success

This week Bruce and Wayne had special guest Dina Readinger. She worked for GSK(a pharmaceutical company) for over 25 years, the last 10 years of her tenure, she was a manager of the company and helped provide over 17 drugs during her time there. In 2015 she retired and pursued a career in being a certified coach with the Healthcare Coaching Institute. In 2016 she coached the largest woman-owned oil company. She helped retain all but one member of management when the company was bought out. She also is the recipient of an executive MBA. For the past 6 years, she has helped with female leadership and encouraged women to be successful in the business world. Bruce and Diana also discuss the process of her small group meetings and how she creates an environment that is safe and welcoming to the patient. The overall goal of these group meetings is to empower the patient to overcome their fears and be able to succeed in the workforce.
