Film: Good Luck to You, Leo Grande(2022)

Welcome back to Get Your Binge On! After taking a much needed mental health break and after soaking up a month of family time- I'm back with a brand new episode. Not only that, but I've refreshed the Get Your Binge On podcast brand and I'm eager to hear your thoughts on it. This film follows Nancy Stokes, a retired school teacher, who is yearning for some adventure, and some sex. She has a plan, which involves hiring a young sex worker named Leo Grande. This 2022 film has been flying under the radar, and I discovered it through Emma Thompson's(who plays Nancy) many interviews surrounding her role and the taboo culture around female pleasure. This film also stars Daryl McCormack who is extremely talented, and quite a looker too! I hope you enjoy this episode and learning all about the movie that warmed my heart and soul and really opens up the discussion around sex and the human need for pleasure.
