Finance law: “Acting reasonably”, and other legal jargon

No, really, you will. And it is not just Latin, either: you’ll also find out what is “snooze, you lose”, and the definition of the innocent-sounding “reservation of rights” which, it turns out, can actually be quite frightening.And if you think all this legal jargon is completely unnecessary, and that people should just act reasonably, beware: we found out that “acting reasonably” is, in fact, a very complicated legal term!
