ACTION ITEMS:What are your MUSTS? Take a few minutes and write down those things are true musts for you. Things that you do automatically, wo getting distracted or sidetracked? This will allow you to see that you do have things that you have made a must. What makes each one a must for you? What do you believe about that habit?What is the one big thing you need to make a must? That if you did, it would impact you the most, sending ripples through the other areas of your life? Is that your fitness level? Your time with your family? Using the answers to the above questions, create a high level of commitment to Doing that thing. What do you need to believe about it? Plan for when it gets hard.
