Finner troops due home today after completing tour of duty in South Lebanon

170 Irish Troops are due home from Lebanon today following their 6 month deployment. A total of 94 personnel from the 28th Infantry Battalion in Finner Camp will be a part of the returning unit. The 125th Infantry Battalion will land at Dublin Airport at three o'clock this afternoon. Family and friends will be there to greet them following their tour of duty in South Lebanon and Gaza. Tom Clonan Independent Senator and security analyst says operational command has been handed over for the next battalion.  He says the families of the Donegal based troops will be delighted to have them home.
