A topic we will always revisit is about becoming the observer. The key to unraveling the stories, the attachments, and the egoic perspectives begins with the ability to step back and simply observe, without judging or should-ing all over ourselves. When we're able to observe in the same way we watch a great movie, we will begin to notice the veil lifting, slowly but surely. Perspectives lose their emotional charge. Attachments begin to fade slightly. And we realize how much of it is simply a story we're telling ourselves.  In truth, we are divine beings. We are having this physical experience--one of many experiences--that can either propel us into a deeper awareness of Truth or further into fear, uncertainty, and doubt.  In this session, Mark and Isela share more about practicing the art of being the observer and understanding the purpose of our lived experiences. As always, their experiences and insights are shared in the form of stories and hysterical a-ha moments.  We record our podcast episodes LIVE on YouTube: Brown and Spiritual AF.
