First responders across Fargo and Moorhead are ramping up training this summer with large-scale active shooter response drills — the first hit Moorhead High School on June 24, shutting down the campus for a full-day simulation. Agencies from Moorhead, Fargo, West Fargo, and county sheriffs are teaming up to practice seamless coordination, building regional partnerships and refining tactics so they can act as one unified force during real emergencies.
