Seit diesem Sommer sind das Fitness-Studio an meiner Uni und viele weitere Einrichtungen für Studierende und Mitarbeitende wieder geöffnet, endlich kann man wieder regelmäßig Sport machen. Erst war ich skeptisch, ob schweißtreibender Sport mit Mund-Nasen-Schutzmaske überhaupt möglich ist, doch es zeigte sich, dass man selbst bei 30 und mehr intensiven Minuten auf dem Laufband gut genug durch die Maske atmen kann. Fitnessstudios sind in Korea seit Jahren im Trend. Anders als etwa in Deutschland gehen viele Leute vor allem dahin, um etwas für ihre Gesundheit zu tun. Welche Unterschiede bei den verschiedenen Fitness-Kulturen noch auffallen, darüber reden wir heute.
