April 13, 1987: Fleetwood Mac Releases Tango in the Night  On this day in 1987, Fleetwood Mac unveiled their 14th studio album, Tango in the Night, a landmark release that marked the end of the band's classic Rumours lineup.Tango in the Night was the last studio album to feature the iconic lineup of Lindsey Buckingham, Stevie Nicks, Christine McVie, John McVie, and Mick Fleetwood. Buckingham left the band shortly after its release, citing creative and personal tensions. The album sold over 15 million copies worldwide, becoming Fleetwood Mac’s second-best-selling release after *Rumours* .   It peaked at #7 on the *Billboard* 200 and spawned four hit singles: *Big Love* (#5), *Little Lies* (#4), *Everywhere* (#14), and *Seven Wonders* (#19) .
