Flying out of the cage.

It is Yellow Warrior 1 in the Dreamspell calendar. The Warrior is about discipline and self-direction. Inner leadership. But it can also feel trapped in limitations, feeling incapable to move forward.Where are you feeling trapped or limited in your life? Where are you holding back? The Warrior asks us these questions, because, only you can free yourself from the prison of your own mind.The Tzolkin teaches us in this wave that sometimes we need to let go of the old, to release what’s holding us back. We may need to reflect in order to gain a fresh perspective. And then we need to be willing to move with the winds of change. This is an invitation to be innovative and look at how we can turn challenges or limitations into opportunity. How we can cultivate our medicine from our own struggle. That’s what the warrior teaches us today.And the birds. Birds are so magical. Birds are awesome. Just like birds, when we spread our wings, we can fly. And it doesn’t mean we can fly into to the sky, but we can fly through life.A teacher of mine once said; if you are feeling like you are caged. If you are feeling like a bird in a cage, like you’re trapped in circumstances. There is one person and one person only who can truly free you from that.
