Du lernst mich und mein Hautproblem Rosacea kennen und du bekommst einen Einblick wie es mir damit ergangen ist und was ich getan habe und bis heute mache, um meine Hautgesundheit stets weiter zu verbessern. I ch habe mich nach vielen Jahren von der Rosacea lösen können und lebe einen hautentspannten Alltag, weil ich jetzt weiss, was die Ursache ist, welche Trigger die Rosacea auslösen und was ich aktiv tun kann. Mit meiner Geschichte will ich Dir Mut machen, dass Du es auch schaffen kannst! Die Gesundheit ist unser wichtigstes Gut und wir haben nur diese eine und Achtsamkeit auf unsere Gesundheit sollte auch ein wichtiger Punkt in unserem Leben sein.
