Sailor Moon Therapy Hour TIGERTEAMstudio Sailor Moon Therapy Hour is a Sailor Moon rewatch podcast hosted by two queer besties who've been friends--and fans-- since the 90s. Join us on a journey through the world of DiC, the original American company that dubbed Sailor Moon back in the day. But they made some...changes. It's got gender bending, it's got weird voices, it's got legendary lost episodes. Here 👏 for 👏 it 👏 Brazil Raúl Sandoval I’m going to talk about race, gender and intersectionality in Brazil. Lost Women of Science Lost Women of Science For every Marie Curie or Rosalind Franklin whose story has been told, hundreds of female scientists remain unknown to the public at large. In this series, we illuminate the lives and work of a diverse array of groundbreaking scientists who, because of time, place and gender, have gone largely unrecognized. Each season we focus on a different scientist, putting her narrative into context, explaining not just the science but also the social and historical conditions in which she lived and worked. We also bring these stories to the present, painting a full picture of how her work endures. Inside Out Jazmyne Harmon, Lyric Thomas This podcast episode is our final multimedia project for Gender Race and Class. We talk about various theories that we’ve learned over the course and how they impact us as multiracial individuals, especially because labeling can mean that our identities are more complex than they appear at first glance and we’re dissecting different ideas–hence ‘inside out’. Our readings reference this theme because they show how discrepancies in views of different people and bias play a role in how they are perceived. We are attempting to analyze these perceptions from an intersectional lens and break them down to analyze why it occurred.
