On this episode, we talk with Former Journalist & Author Marj Charlier .. She is the author of several historical novels and contemporary women’s novels. Her latest novel, The Candlemaker's Woman, set in the midst of the barbarian invasions of the early medieval centuries, is a coming of age story of a young woman sold into slavery. She followed a 20-year career in journalism, including 12 years as a staff reporter at the Wall Street Journal, with 15 years in corporate finance departments as an investor relations executive.
