In our interview, Father offers personal reflections on how the family can best create an environment for vocational discernment and faithfulness, including: Place a great emphasis on teaching and living the Catholic faith in your time with your children. Promote interaction with priests and monks; invite them to dinner and visit monasteries. Encourage your children in discernment awareness and virtue creation: "Do what you are doing and do it well and through it all, remain close to the Lord, and He will lead you."
