Today, Saturday September 26 - "For freedom Christ has set us free..." (Galatians 5:1) Real freedom comes at a great price.  One of the things we love about being an American is that we have opportunity to enjoy freedom and liberty in our country.  Thousand of men and women have died to purchase and secure this freedom  we have today!  But so many have been deceived to think that this means that we are free to do what ever we want to do, live where we want to live, act like we want to act, think whatever we want to think, work we want to work, and so on...." But real freedom is not doing what I want to do but having the power and ability to do what I ought to do.  Galatians 6:7-8 tells us: "Do not be deceived: God is not mocked, for whatever one sows, that will he also reap.  For the one who sows to his own flesh will from the flesh reap corruption, but he who sows to the Spirit will from the Spirit reap eternal life." Today, by God's grace, obey and yield yourself to the Holy Spirit to the "Spiritual Disciplines" that will put you in the way of God's grace to really be free to fulfill the purpose in life that you were created for!  God bless!
